Apoorva Yadav is a highly accomplished legal professional with a distinguished academic background and extensive international experience in the legal field. She earned her Bachelor of Laws - BA LLB (Hons.) degree from the prestigious OP Jindal Global University in India in 2018. During her time at the university, Apoorva was not only dedicated to her studies but also actively engaged with the community as a member of the university's Legal Aid Society where she ventured into nearby villages to educate villagers about their legal rights and empower them with knowledge of the law.

Following her graduation, Apoorva embarked on a distinguished career in the legal arena, commencing with her enrolment in the Bar Council of Delhi. Thereafter, worked as a junior lawyer under Adv Ajayinder Sangwan, the current Honorary Secretary of the Bar Council of Delhi. In 2019, Apoorva Yadav relocated to Edmonton, Alberta, marking the beginning of her journey to practice law in Canada. Apoorva's legal journey in Canada led her to secure an articling position at New Era Immigration, a boutique law firm located in Montreal, specializing in US-Canada corporate immigration matters. Through her adept handling of numerous client interactions and successful resolution of complex cases, Apoorva established herself as a proficient immigration legal professional. As an immigrant herself, Apoorva empathetically understands the challenges and aspirations of her clients, allowing her to relate to their positions on a profound level.

With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Apoorva has successfully passed the barrister and solicitor examinations, paving the way for her forthcoming bar license in the province of Ontario.
